Triathlon Training
If your goal is to train like a tri-athlete, we have the facilities and trainers for you.
Tri-athletes involve the 5K run, 12 mile bike ride, and one-third mile swim.
When you train for a triathlon your goal is to increase overall strength, stamina,
cardio and muscular endurance and prevent injuries.
The following programs are available:
- Swimming
- Spinning
- Running on Treadmills
- Strength Training (Cybex and free-weights)
