Youth Fitness
If you are interested in youth fitness, we have several programs for your children.
Getting your child involved in an exercise program during puberty has many
benefits; increased muscular strength, endurance, better motor skills, protection
against injury, and providing positive physiological benefits and greater esteem.
The following programs are available:
- Kids Pump – Monday and Wednesday at the Byram Courthouse
- Core Children aerobics – Monday and Thursday after school at Byram
- Strength and Speed Camp for ages 12 and up at the Lakeland Courthouse,
with Gordon Weir as the instructor - Tennis Youth Camps – Northeast and Cypress Lake
- Summer Swim Teams – all Courthouse Locations
- Makos Swim Team – 6 to 18 years – year-round competitive youth
